Frankenstein
13th – 17th October 2020

Information for attendees
Hello from the cast & crew of Music Theatre Guernsey’s production of Nick Dear’s adaptation of Frankenstein. We look forward to seeing you at next week’s performance.
The performance will be taking place in the Ammunition Tunnels next to the German Underground Hospital in St Andrews. Follow this link if you need to view a map of the location: https://w3w.co/clipboard.foxtrot.similar
The entrance to the Ammunition Tunnels will be lit and clearly signposted. There is parking available at the main attraction car park opposite the entrance to the tunnels, with overflow parking approximately 50 metres further along the road if required (again this will be signposted).
Doors will open from 7pm each night and the performance will start promptly at 7.30pm. (2pm and 2.30pm for the Saturday matinee) Souvenir programmes and hot & cold drinks will all be available to purchase at the venue on arrival, however please be aware that alcohol is strictly prohibited and cannot be brought on site.
We recommend that guests wear warm clothing as the temperature in the tunnels can be quite cool (a constant 10 degrees celsius throughout the year) and there may be the odd drip from the ceiling.
All guests are reminded that due to some of the graphic and sexual violence in the performance we STRONGLY ADVISE that viewers should be aged 16 or over, however if guests are with a parent/guardian then this is ultimately at their discretion.
Please be aware that seating for this performance is not allocated and guests will be shown to their seats at the start of the production, filling in all the available space. If you wish your party to sit together, please ensure that everyone in your party arrive promptly as late arrivals will be seated separately. Whilst we will make every endeavour to sit groups together, please be aware that this may not always be possible. For guests who need wheelchair or step free accessible seating, please email boxoffice@mtgsy.gg with your booking reference 48 hours before your arrival so the necessary arrangements can be made.
The performance is approximately 2 hours 45 minutes, including a 15 minute interval and ends at approximately 10.15pm (5.15pm for the Saturday matinee). Toilet facilities will be available outside the entrance to the tunnels.
Tickets to our future productions of “Silent Night Fever” or our adults only Christmas Pantomime, can be booked in-person from our box office and saving you the cost of any online booking fees. You can find out more about our upcoming productions at https://mtgsy.gg/upcoming/
Please note that tours or access to any part of the underground hospital or tunnels excluding the performance space is not included as part of your ticket price. For information on a tour of the tunnels, please contact Festung Guernsey via their website http://festungguernsey.org.gg/
Should you have any questions about your booking or the performance, please email boxoffice@mtgsy.gg and we will be happy to assist you further.
We look forward to seeing you very soon.
The Team at MTG.
